2. Approvals & Cancellations

• Verbal or electronic approvals are binding.
• Projects not approved within 90 days will be cancelled.
• Cancelled projects may incur fees, and you remain responsible for all work and materials already used or purchased.

3. Special Orders – Non-Returnable

Custom-made or make-to-order items are considered special orders and are non-returnable.

4. Pricing & Estimates

• Quotes are estimates only.
• Final cost is based on actual weight, materials, and work performed.
• Additional charges may apply if extra design work or modifications are required (we will notify you before proceeding).

5. Customer Materials

• You must declare a description and value for any stones or materials provided.
• We take reasonable care, but you accept the risk of breakage or loss.
• If compensation is offered at our discretion, it will not exceed the declared value or average wholesale value, whichever is less.

6. Records & Files

• Do not send originals; files and drawings are non-returnable.
• We may dispose of files after completion unless you request retention.
• CAD files, molds, and models created or modified by us remain property of Custom King NYC.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Custom King NYC from any claims related to intellectual property disputes over your submitted designs.

8. Privacy Policy

We do not sell or share your personal information except as required to provide services or when legally necessary.

9. Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable U.S. intellectual property laws.
